We are delighted to have acted for our existing client Champneys on its acquisition of Mottram Hall Hotel, a prestigious Grade II listed hotel and spa in Cheshire.
This is an exciting development for Champneys, a leading spa group in the UK. Champneys has also announced a £10m refurbishment plan for Mottram Hall with the ambition of Mottram Hall becoming the number one destination hotel and spa resort in the North West.
The acquisition was led by Sacha Rifkin (real estate) and David Ponsford (corporate) and is the latest in a series of transactions we have worked on for Champneys.
