Teacher Stern acted for AM Coffee Holdings Limited on its purchase of Goldex Investments (Surrey) Limited, the holder of 14 Costa Coffee franchises.
The team was led by Claire Rollo and assisted by Kasam Kiani, Alex Osborne, Lorna Clarke, Sophia Christodoulou, Sarah Glockler and Arta Obertinca.
Other advisors involved in the transaction were Thomson Snell & Passmore (for the seller), Bird & Bird LLP (acting for Costa Ltd) and Smith Cooper Corporate Finance (for the seller).
