Teacher Stern acts in security transaction

Teacher Stern commercial partner Claire Rollo, and Peter Levinger acted on a recent transaction, advising the shareholders of Cougar Monitoring Limited in their sale to security system supplier Kings Secure Technologies (KST).

Claire Rollo said of the deal, “Cougar Monitoring have been a client of ours for over 10 years, and with this relationship and knowledge of their business we were able to support and advise them as they were acquired by KST. We are proud to have supported them through this transition and look forward to seeing how they continue to succeed.”

West Midlands based Cougar Monitoring, a CCTV and security system monitoring company, started 25 years ago and are now looking to shift focus and become a complete technology centre, servicing the rapidly emerging world of smart systems.
