Biography
Jonathan is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Disputes team. He is an experienced property litigation specialist whose practice encompasses all aspects of real property litigation, landlord and tenant related litigation, advice, risk analysis and ADR.
Over the years he has developed a specialism for difficult disputes relating to contested lease renewals, break notices, trusts of land, restrictive covenants, injunctions, trespass and developments.
In addition to this he is regularly instructed to act for clients in their day to day management work relating to arrears recovery, forfeiture, dilapidations and consents.
Prior to joining the firm Jonathan was in house counsel at the UK’s largest residential management company. During this period he developed a particular expertise in dealing with disputes relating to the residential sector. His time in industry also allowed him an opportunity to see first-hand how proactive case management, an assertive approach and commercial attitude can ensure swift and effective results.
