Nick is an associate in the Real Estate team and joined Teacher Stern in 2020. He has experience in dealing with variety of commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions, Landlord and Tenant management work, secured finance, corporate support and site development.

Nick specialises in advising asset managers, retailers, developers, lenders, borrowers, restaurant owners, off shore companies and private investors.

• Advised on an asset management company on acquiring a £4.2 million commercial premises on Shrewsbury High Street.

• Advised a family office on the acquisition of 100 flats in London with a £100 million loan.
• Advise private investors in connection with acquiring student accommodation projects.
