Biography
Keith is a specialist non-contentious construction and engineering lawyer with extensive experience of acting for employers and developers, as well as for institutional investors, manufacturers, funders and operators / end users on a variety of large scale projects.

Keith has:
• Acted for UK and international developers on a range of central London office and residential schemes.
• Acted on the forward funding of a number of BTR schemes, procured under design & build and construction management.
• Acted for a major hotel chain, supporting on both refurbishment projects and acquisitions.
• Advised a building society on a wide-scale fit-out programme of retail branches throughout the UK.
• Acted for a pension fund on the forward funding of four senior living developments.
• Acted for a major food manufacturer on the procurement strategy and construction arrangements for a number of engineering and civil works projects in the UK and overseas.
• Advised a leading independent boarding school on the construction of new state-of-the-art sports facilities and a modernised design and technology facility.
Career History
Prior to joining Teacher Stern, Keith spent nine years in the construction team at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
