Biography
Heledd joined Teacher Stern as an Associate in the Real Estate Finance department in April 2018, having previously trained and qualified at a firm based in London Bridge.
Heledd specialises in Real Estate Finance, acting on behalf of banks, bridging lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers and advising in relation to a range of real estate finance matters. Heledd works closely with the Property department on finance aspects of transactions. Heledd has a strong focus on client care and a commercially focused approach to work and has worked with numerous high street lenders across a variety of commercial lending transactions.

acting for a lender in relation to a facility secured against a shopping centre in London;
acting for a lender in relation to an £18m facility to fund the acquisition of a new development comprising of 50 units in West London;
acting for a lender in relation to funding a £6m facility secured against a hotel in the West of England;
acting for a lender in relation to over 800 of their commercial loan facility agreements and advising in respect of the structure of their transactions; and
acting for a borrower in relation to a £60m development facility secured against prime real estate on the South Coast.
