Dina is an experienced commercial litigator who acts for a wide variety of clients, including high profile and high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, sportspeople, and owner-managed businesses.

Dina advises clients on defamation, breach of privacy, breach of confidence, harassment, and data protection. She deals with social media companies, the Information Commissioner’s Office and IPSO on behalf of clients and advises journalists and writers on libel issues both pre- and post- publication.

Dina has broad advisory and trial experience in complex, often multi-jurisdictional commercial cases, including director and shareholder claims, general contractual matters, and partnership disputes.
