Biography
Dan specialises in private company transactional and advisory work, assisting domestic and international clients with complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, investment agreements, and corporate governance matters.
Recent examples of work undertaken include working on a multi-jurisdictional sale of a property SPV valued at £9.8m, acting on behalf of the owners of a large London based property management company in a management buy-out, as well as preparing bespoke articles of association and a shareholders’ agreement for a start-up company operating in the events industry.
Dan also recently reported on the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 and the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, both internally and to selected clients.
Dan commenced his training contract with Teacher Stern in October 2021 and spent six months with each of the following departments: Property Litigation, Property, Employment and Immigration, and Corporate. Dan qualified as an associate in the Corporate team in October 2023. Dan previously worked as a paralegal in DAC Beachcroft’s professional negligence team.
