Adam is a residential property lawyer. He has experience in and deals with a range of different residential transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, buy-to-let purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, equity release and other miscellaneous property transactions.

Adam has experience acting for wide range of clients, from first time buyers purchasing their first property to overseas trusts dealing with their investment portfolios.
