Andy joined the team in 2019 as IT Programme Manager, responsible for planning and designing the IT programme and proactively monitoring its progress within the firm. Andy has over 30 years’ experience, specialising in IT business transformation and business improvements delivered using ITIL and PRINCE2 project methodologies and frameworks.
