David joined Teacher Stern LLP as a paralegal in July 2019 and gained invaluable experience in the Commercial Litigation Department. In addition to managing his own case load, David played an integral role supporting partners and associates on high-profile claims including: Various Sam Borrowers v BOS (Shared Appreciation Mortgages) No. 1 Plc & Ors [2022] EWHC 2594; Bahia v Sidhu [2022] EWHC 875 (Ch); Satyam Enterprises Ltd v Burton [2021] EWCA Civ 287.

During his training contract, David acted on various high value transactions in the Real Estate, Construction, and Corporate and Commercial departments.

David qualified as an Associate into the Construction team in August 2024 and acts on non-contentious and contentious construction related matters. He has extensive experience preparing and negotiating professional appointments, collateral warranties, building contracts, and schedules of amendments. He has also acted on adjudications and construction related claims.

Having grown up in Gibraltar, David is fluent in Spanish. He is also proficient in Hebrew and French.
