Our corporate and commercial associate Juliana Ruseva has been published in PLC Magazine’s January/February 2019 issue. Her article assesses the impact of the Network and Information Systems Regulations that came into force in May 2018 with their aim being to tackle cyber security across all industries. The article focuses particularly on the cost of cyber security breaches, the practical implications for businesses (especially technology and services businesses (including law firms)) and findings of the National Crime Agency and National Cyber Security Centre.
