Teacher Stern have assisted Corona Corporate Solutions with its recent acquisition of the Business by Technology Group.
BBT have been supplying hardware and document base software solutions nationwide from their offices in Coventry, Manchester and East Anglia for over 20 years, adding to Corona’s current presence and offering in East Anglia.
Teacher Stern have advised Corona on its acquisition programme over the last 18 months, completing five acquisitions for it during this time.
Corona were assisted by Martine Nathan (Partner) and George Stead (Associate) from the Corporate team, Kelly Clarke (Associate) from the property team, and Sarah Glockler (Partner) and Arta Obertinca (Associate) respectively in the employment team.
